A2Z Spaces is a location service that will list and then present your property to location scouts, location managers, producers and photo editors in the film, video and photo industry for possible rental at a substantial daily rate.
At A2Z Spaces we will list your property WITHOUT a registration fee.
Rates vary from project to project. Payment will be made in full prior to start of production.

A2Z Spaces requires all production companies to provide us with an insurance certificate prior to anyone entering the property. On this certificate, the Property Owner must be named as additionally insured for at least $1,000.000 in General Liability Insurance, sometimes more, depending on the property. A copy of the certificate will be forwarded to you prior to start of production.
Agents at A2Z Spaces will present your property to scouts, location managers, producers and photo editors. If your property is chosen, our staff will contact you to check your availability. More often then not, a scout will make an appointment to take more photographs of your property, before a final decision is made. Should the production company decide on your property, we will take care of all details on your behalf, which include negotiating the best rate possible, writing the contract, requesting the insurance certificate, making sure that permits are granted etc… On the actual day of production, A2Z Spaces will provide you with an experienced site representative, who will make sure, that all terms of the contract are adhered to at all times and that your property is treated with the utmost care and respect.
